Section LIV-131 - Procedural Requirements [Formerly Section 109]
A. In addition to the substantive qualifications specified in §129, to be eligible for a license, an applicant shall satisfy the procedures and requirements for application provided by §149-153 of this Chapter and, if applicable, the procedures and requirements for examination approved by the board as set forth in §155161 of this Chapter.
