Section LIII-501 - ApplicationA. An application for initial pharmacist licensure, whether by examination or reciprocity, shall be submitted, with appropriate fee, to the board. An application shall expire one year after the date of receipt in the board office.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIII-501
