Section LIII-333 - Pre-Hearing ConferenceA. Respondents and/or their legal counsel in matters pending before the board may be directed by the presiding administrative hearing officer to appear at a pre-hearing conference to consider the simplification of the issues, admission of facts, or stipulations to documents which may avoid unnecessary proof and such other items as may aid in the disposition of the matter(s) pending.La.
