Section LIII-2915 - Failure to Report Prescription InformationA. A dispenser who fails to submit prescription monitoring information to the board as required shall be referred to the appropriate professional licensing, certification, or regulatory agency for administrative sanctions as deemed appropriate by that agency.La.
