Section LIII-1207 - Pharmacist ReviewA. System shall be used in settings that ensure medication orders are reviewed by a pharmacist prior to administration and in accordance with established policies and procedures and good pharmacy practice. A policy and procedure shall be adopted for non-profile driven systems to retrospectively review medications orders which cannot be reviewed prior to medication administration.La. Admin.
