Section LI-103 - Rulemaking ProcedureA. The board shall be governed by the provisions of the Optometry Practice Act, R.S. 37:1041 et seq., and the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq., in adopting rules for the operation of the board and the practice of optometry.La.
