Section III-307 - Special MeetingsA. Special meetings of the board may be called by the chairman or at the request of any four members. The persons authorized to call such a special meeting may fix any place within the state of Louisiana.B. Notice of any special meeting shall be given by mail posted at least five days prior to such a meeting. If mailed, such notice shall be deemed to be delivered when deposited in the United States mail so addressed, with postage thereon prepaid.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § III-307
