Section III-1901 - Auctioneers Licensing Board FundA. There is hereby created a special fund designated as the Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board Fund. The fund shall be audited by a firm of certified public accountants and maintained and controlled by the board. All fees paid to the board and any other revenues shall be deposited in said fund.La.
