Section III-101 - Organization of the BoardA. The Louisiana Auctioneer Licensing Board (hereafter referred to as board) is created by virtue of R.S. 37:3111 and is created as an agency of the state government in the Department of Economic Development. No member of the board shall be held liable as an individual in any suit against the board. Statutes relating thereto are found in R.S. 37:3111 et seq., of the Louisiana Statutes.La. Admin.
