Section I-1501 - Misleading and Confusing Names ProhibitedA. The statutory authorization for architects to offer to the public the practice of architecture and the rendering of architectural services is not an authorization to hold out as an architect any person who is not registered by the board. An architect shall not practice architecture under an assumed, fictitious or corporate name that is misleading as to the identity, responsibility, or status of those practicing thereunder or is otherwise false, fraudulent, misleading, or confusing.La.
