Section I-103 - Rule Making ProcessA. The Louisiana State Board of Architectural Examiners operates pursuant to these rules, adopted under the authority of R.S. 1950, Title 37, Chapter 3 as amended.B. For purposes of these rules, the term architect means a person who is technically and legally qualified to practice architecture in Louisiana including a professional architectural corporation certified by the board pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 12:1086 et seq., an architectural-engineering corporation certified by the board pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 12:1171 et seq., and a limited liability company certified by the board pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 12:1301 et seq.
