Section XXVII-901 - Image QualityA. Images on the aerial negatives shall be clear and sharp in detail and free from light streaks, static marks, scratches and other blemishes. Special care shall be exercised to insure proper development and thorough fixing and washing of all film, and to avoid in any way distorting it during processing or drying. Film shall be exposed and processed with a target density range of 1.0 +- 0.2, as measured with a densitometer with a scale range of 0.0 to 3.0, should not be less than 0.3, and the maximum density not greater that 1.5. All fiducial mark images shall be clear and sharp. Plots of Log E curves shall be submitted to the responsible contracting authority for each roll of film along with values of base fog for each roll.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XXVII-901
