Section XXVII-715 - SidelapA. Sidelap shall not be less than 20 percent nor more than 40 percent, and shall average approximately 25 percent to 30 percent. The average percentage of sidelap shall be governed by the photo negative scale and the size of the rectified photo atlas sheets.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XXVII-715
