Section XV-6739 - Certification of RecordA. Except in expedited review proceedings, within five days after the initial decision has been rendered the commissioner or his authorized representatives shall certify the official record of the proceedings, including all exhibits, and transmit the official record for filing in the Office of Conservation, Surface Mining Section, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.La.
