Section XV-6717 - Consolidation of ProceedingsA. When proceedings involving a common question of law or fact are pending before the commissioner or his authorized representatives, such proceedings are subject to consolidation pursuant to a motion by a party or at the initiative of the commissioner or his authorized representatives.La.
