Section XV-4103 - Minimum AmountA. The amount of the bond for surface coal mining and reclamation operations shall be $10,000, at a minimum, for the entire area under one permit and be sufficient to assure performance of reclamation, restoration and abatement work required of a person who conducts surface coal mining and reclamation operations under the Act, these regulations and the provisions of the permit, if the work had to be performed by the office in the event of forfeiture.La.
