Section XV-2701 - Responsibilities
A. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide to the office the information required by this Chapter, except where specifically exempted in this Chapter.
B. It is the responsibility of state and federal governmental agencies to provide information to the office where specifically required in this Chapter.
