Section XIX-3935 - Penalty for Non-ComplianceA. Failure to comply with the provisions of or the spirit of these rules of procedure shall prevent an application from being advertised or heard, or shall prevent an opponent or supporting party from presenting evidence at the hearing, but an order issued by the commissioner shall not be invalid by operation of this rule.La.
