Section XIX-637 - Penalty for Non-ComplianceA. Failure to comply with the provisions of or the spirit of these rules of procedure may prevent plan, comment or response from being advertised or heard, or may prevent a party from presenting evidence at the hearing, but any approval or structure of a plan issued by the commissioner shall not be invalid by operation of this rule.La.
