Section XIX-627 - Plan ApprovalsA. Within 60 days of the conclusion of the hearing, or within such longer time as the court allows, the Commissioner of Conservation shall either approve a submitted plan as the most feasible plan or structure a plan which, based on the evidence submitted on the record, the commissioner determines to be the most feasible plan and shall further issue written reasons for the plan he approves or structures.La.
