A. This regulation prescribes the minimum standards for the state of Louisiana to regulate the construction, design, and operation of pipelines transmitting carbon dioxide in a gaseous or non-supercritical state within the jurisdiction of the state.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XI-3901
