Section XI-909 - Compatibility Necessary for Transportation of Carbon DioxideA. No person may transport by pipeline in Louisiana any carbon dioxide unless it and all associated substances are chemically compatible with the materials of the pipeline and all the pipeline components it may come in contact with while in the pipeline.La.
