Section IX-107 - Documents Supporting ApplicationA. Each application must contain, prior to hearing, all data, information, forms, affidavits, plats, exhibits and such other evidence as may be required by the rules and regulations of the FERC and the Louisiana Office of Conservation. However, in the event the application is for the recognition of the new onshore reservoir category wherein the limits of the reservoir have not been subject to a prior Office of Conservation unitization hearing, then the applicant may submit the geological and engineering evidence in support of the application at the public hearing which will be scheduled pursuant to §109. A and B hereof.B. The form prescribed by the commissioner shall prescribe for documents sufficient to comply with the minimum requirements imposed by the FERC. Additional support may be required by the commissioner by giving notice of such to the applicant prior to the hearing, at the hearing itself, or by other means.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § IX-107
