Section I-3923 - Judicial ReviewA. Any party who is aggrieved by the final decision or order in these proceedings is entitled to judicial review thereof.B. Proceedings for judicial review of the final decision or order shall be instituted by filing a suit for judicial review in the district court of the parish in which the oyster lease is situated within 30 days of service of the notice of the final decision or order. Copies of the petition for judicial review shall be served upon the board and all parties to these proceedings. La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § I-3923
