Section I-923 - Application for Determination without Investigation or HearingA. An application filed in compliance with these rules may be accompanied by a request that the secretary transmit a recommended decision on the application to the board without first conducting an investigation or holding a hearing. Any such request shall be signed by or on behalf of the applicant and be accompanied by affidavits from each of: 1. the applicant (or an officer of the applicant); and2. the lessee (or an officer of the lessee) stating that in their opinion there are no substantial issues requiring an investigation or hearing. In the event such request is denied, the applicant shall promptly thereafter file the surety bond required by §915. B 3La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § I-923
