Section I-309 - Coordination; EnforcementA. The secretary shall coordinate, consult and cooperate with any federal or state agencies, or political subdivisions of the state, having an interest in the construction and operation of support facilities within the secretary's jurisdiction.B. Whenever enforcement of any provision of these rules and regulations is warranted, the secretary may initiate and pursue appropriate administrative procedures and may issue such orders and decrees as may be necessary and authorized by the secretary's general rules and regulations, and the secretary may initiate and pursue all appropriate judicial remedies to assure compliance with these rules and regulations.La.
