Section I-1148 - Effect of a Suspension Order on an Alternative Energy Source LeaseA. During the time the board, or its authorized representative, evaluates a lessee's request for removal of the suspension issued under §1146 of this Chapter, the lessee must continue to fulfill its payment obligation until the end of the original term of the AESL. If the board or its authorized representative's evaluation goes beyond the end of the original term of the AESL, the term of the AESL shall be extended for the period of time necessary for the board, or its authorized representative, to complete its evaluation of the removal of suspension request. During this extended period of time, the lessee shall not be required to make payments.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § I-1148
