Section I-1107 - Lease AuthorizationA. Except as otherwise authorized by law, it will be unlawful for any person or business entity to explore for, drill, develop, construct, operate, or maintain any facility to produce, transport, or support the generation of electricity or other energy product derived from an alternative energy source on any part of state owned lands and water bottoms except under and in accordance with the terms of a lease issued by the board.La.
