Section I-125 - Judicial Review of Declaratory Orders and RulingsA. Within 15 days from the decree, or of a declaratory order or ruling, any party affected thereby may petition the Civil District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, for a declaration as to the validity or applicability of any declaratory decree, order or ruling. After the lapse of such period of 15 days, or upon the finality of any order of court with regard thereto, such declaratory decree, order or ruling shall be final.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § I-125
