Section XV-911 - Disbursement of Prize Money to a DebtorA. The corporation shall disburse lottery prize money to a winner who is also a debtor as follows. 1. The corporation shall subtract the debtor's arrearage and all other amounts required to be withheld from lottery prizes from the debtor's prize, and shall pay the remainder to the debtor. If the remainder is less than zero, the debtor shall not receive a payment.2. At regular intervals mutually determined by the corporation and the claimant agency, the corporation shall transfer all arrearages withheld by the corporation to the claimant agency.3. Transfer of the debtor's arrearage to the claimant agency shall discharge the corporation from any liability to the debtor for payment of any prize money.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § XV-911
