Section XV-901 - Policy StatementA. The Louisiana Lottery Corporation (the "corporation") is required by R.S. 47:9026 to establish and maintain rules and regulations providing for the withholding of lottery prizes of persons who have outstanding child support arrearages as reported to the corporation. Pursuant to that mandate, the board of directors of the corporation (the "board") has adopted these rules and regulations which are intended to provide general guidelines concerning the withholding of lottery prizes of persons with outstanding child support arrearages.La.
