Section XV-737 - Independent AuditorA. All drawing events, including preliminary drawings and promotional drawings, shall be witnessed by an independent auditing firm. The independent auditor shall attest to the fact that procedures for the drawing were properly disseminated and that the procedures were followed, and shall make note of any exceptions to the procedures.La.
