Section XV-559 - Equipment Payment or DepositA. An equipment payment or deposit may be required for any equipment provided by the corporation to a retailer; provided that such charges shall be uniform and that any deposits will be returned upon the return of such equipment in good operating condition. All or any portion of a deposit may be retained by the corporation if any equipment is damaged, destroyed, lost, stolen or otherwise made unavailable or unusable for normal operations. Upon receipt of written notice from a retailer, the corporation may transfer the equipment deposit of a retailer, which has created a new entity at the same location.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § XV-559
