Section XV-555 - Required Purchases of Lottery TicketsA. Failure of a retailer to order lottery instant tickets for any 60-day period may result in suspension of the retailer's license, and the corporation shall notify retailer of such suspension. If the retailer does not purchase lottery instant tickets from the corporation within 30 days after the date the notice of suspension is sent by the corporation, the retailer's license may be terminated and the retailer shall pay all debts due the corporation within 30 days of such termination. The aggregate of all orders for lottery tickets placed after the date of a notice of suspension and before the expiration of such 30-day period must be equal to at least the highest amount of lottery tickets purchased by the retailer for any of its last three purchases or the retailer license shall be automatically terminated.La.
