Section XV-543 - Sales CommissionsA. A retailer shall receive a sales commission equal to at least 5 percent of the gross proceeds from the sale of lottery tickets. In addition to the 5 percent sales commission the corporation may develop a system of bonuses and sales incentives based on dollar volume of business, the sale of winning tickets, or such other criteria as the corporation may develop from time to time.La.
