Section XV-537 - Change of Location or OwnershipA. Any change in location or ownership of the business of a retailer will automatically suspend the retailer's certificate. An application must be filed in the same manner as provided in these retailer regulations to reinstate the retailer's certificate for the new location or the new owner of the business. Sales of lottery tickets are prohibited following a change in location or ownership of the business of a retailer until a new lottery retailer certificate is issued to the new owner or location. The corporation may employ necessary procedures to minimize interruptions in service.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § XV-537
