Section XV-529 - Suspension, Revocation or Termination of ContractsA. Any retailer contract may, for good cause, be suspended, revoked, or terminated by the president if the retailer is found to have violated any provision of these retailer regulations, the Louisiana Lottery Corporation Law or objective criteria established by the board. All retailer contracts shall be renewable annually after issuance unless sooner canceled or terminated.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § XV-529
