Section XV-521 - Duty to UpdateA. Any information provided by a retailer to the corporation under these retailer regulations or on any application, filing or other instrument submitted to the corporation that becomes incorrect or misleading shall immediately be updated by the retailer by providing an explanation thereof to the corporation. Without limiting the foregoing, a retailer shall notify the corporation immediately if any change in the ownership of the licensed retailer location occurs or of any conviction that would affect the retailer's eligibility to obtain a retailer license.La.
