Section XV-501 - Policy StatementA. In order to conduct a successful lottery, the Louisiana Lottery Corporation (the "corporation") must develop and maintain a statewide network of lottery retailers that will serve the public convenience and promote the sale of tickets, while insuring the integrity of the lottery operations, games and activities. In order to facilitate such objectives, the corporation has adopted these retailer regulations. Such retailer regulations shall be in addition to and not a substitute for the provisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation Law, other provisions of Louisiana or federal law and the other rules and regulations of the corporation.La.
