Section XV-1125 - Continuing SuitabilityA. Suitability is an ongoing process. An applicant or permittee, or person required to submit to suitability by the rules or the Act has a continuing duty to inform the corporation of any action which could reasonably be believed to constitute a violation of these rules or the Act.B. An applicant, permittee, or person required to submit to suitability shall also have a continuing duty to inform the corporation of material changes in the affiliations, businesses, financial standing, operations, ownership relationships, corporate management personnel, officers, or directors.C. An applicant, permittee, or person required to submit to suitability shall also have a continuing duty to inform the corporation of all administrative actions instituted or pending in any other jurisdiction against or involving the applicant or permittee.D. Failure to report or provide required notice may constitute grounds for delaying consideration of the application or denial of the application, suspension, or revocation of the permit.La. Admin.
