Section XV-125 - AssignabilityA. The right of any person to a prize after the prize is claimed shall not be assignable. The corporation may pay any prize to the estate of a deceased winner. Any prize to which a winner is entitled may be paid to any person pursuant to an appropriate judicial order.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § XV-125
