Section XV-101 - Policy StatementA. The Louisiana Lottery Corporation (the "corporation") is authorized by R.S. 47:9008.A to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to conduct specific lottery games and operations of the corporation. Pursuant to that grant of authority, the board of directors of the corporation (the "board") has adopted these on-line lottery games general rules, which are intended to provide general guidelines concerning the conduct and administration of on-line lottery games.La.
