Section XIII-107 - Definitions, Captions, Pronouns, and GenderA. The terms defined in the Act have the same meaning in these rules as they have in the Act, unless the context otherwise requires. Captions appearing at the beginning of the rule are descriptive only, are for convenient reference to the rule and in no way define, limit or describe the scope, intent or effect of the rule. Masculine and feminine pronouns shall be substituted for the neuter form and vice-versa, and the plural shall be substituted for the singular form and vice-versa, in any place or places in the rule where the context requires such substitution.La.
