Section VI-315 - Surrender of a LicenseA. A license may not be surrendered without the prior approval of the board.B. If a request to surrender a license is approved, the person is immediately eligible to apply for a license, unless the board or division has placed a condition that the applicant shall have to fulfill in order to reapply.La.
