Section V-2059 - Expiration/License RenewalA. A private contractor's license shall expire on midnight, June 30 of each year.B. The division may consider the same criteria for renewal of a license as considered for the original license.C. Failure to satisfy any licensing criteria, or reporting requirements, or violations of the Act or these rules shall be cause for denial of a license.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § V-2059
