A. Each organization licensed in this state is subject to audit by this division. The audit may include but is not limited to financial transactions as well as compliance with state laws and administrative rules.B. Each auditee is expected to fully cooperate with the division auditors, providing them with adequate space to work and making available all inventories, bank records, gaming records, books of account, source documents, and such other documents and information as may be needed to complete the audit.La.
