Section III-4743 - Criminal Conviction as Grounds for Disciplinary ActionA. The board may discipline any person found suitable, including revoking or suspending his permit, registration, approval or finding of suitability, if the person, or if the person is a corporation or partnership, any person owning 5 percent or more interest in the profits or losses of such entity, is convicted of a crime, even though the convicted person's post-conviction rights and remedies have not been exhausted, if the crime or conviction discredits or tends to discredit the state of Louisiana or the gaming industry.La.
