Section III-4739 - Gaming by Owners, Directors, Officers and Key EmployeesA. Except as provided in Subsection B of this Section, no officer, director, owner or key management or key gaming employee of the casino operator shall play or place a wager at any game or slot machine which is exposed to the public for play or wagering by the casino operator or at any casino in the state of Louisiana which is owned or operated in whole or in part by the casino operator.B.
