Section III-4731 - Record KeepingA. All transactions affecting a person's outstanding indebtedness including all issuances of credit and payments thereof, to the casino operator or casino manager shall be recorded in chronological order in the person's credit file and credit transactions shall be segregated from the safekeeping deposit transactions.B. Player rating cards, evidence of credit worthiness and related documents shall be retained for a minimum of five years, or as long as the debt remains unpaid, whichever is longer.La. Admin.
