Section III-4711 - Hotel RestrictionA. To the extent permitted by the Act, the casino operator or casino manager shall be allowed to offer lodging provided that no such lodging may be located within the official gaming establishment. Lodging may be offered and provided by the casino operator or its agents or designees in facilities other than the official gaming establishment even if those facilities provide tunnels, walkways and other passageways for ingress and egress to and from the official gaming establishment.La.
